Diversity & Inclusion
At the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland we are dedicated to sustaining an environment where diversity is valued and our plans and actions are designed to leverage the opportunities that diversity presents.
Diversity and inclusion mean that we, as an organization and as employees, appreciate and respect those individual, personal, and organizational attributes that we share in common and those that make us unique. The bank is committed to diversity and inclusion, and in fact, it is one of our Core Values.
Office of Minority and Women Inclusion
In January, the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) was established as one of the provisions of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. This office is responsible for all matters relating to diversity in management, employment and business activities.
On an annual basis, the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland files employment data with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Board of Governors. This EEO-1 Report will be available on our website and will be refreshed each year. This information is one tool used by the Bank to discuss workforce diversity.
