Vice President of Finance

Addiction Recovery Care

Geoff Marietta currently serves as the executive vice president of finance for Addiction Recovery Care, the largest provider of treatment for substance use disorder in Kentucky. Marietta is an entrepreneur, educator, and transformational leader working and living in the Appalachian Mountains of eastern Kentucky. He previously served as an entrepreneur-in-residence at the University of the Cumberlands, director of the Appalachian Impact Fund, and founded Invest 606, eastern Kentucky’s first and only business accelerator and pitch contest. He was recently named 2024 Kentucky Investor of the Year by the Kentucky Inno on Fire Awards.

Marietta was born and raised in Hibbing, Minnesota, on the Mesabi Iron Range and earned a BS in forestry from the University of Montana. He went on to earn his MBA from Harvard Business School and a PhD from Harvard University.
