Executive Vice President

CHN Housing Capital

Greg Perelka has been the executive vice president for CHN Housing Capital, a community development financial institution (CDFI), since 2020. CHN Housing Capital is an affiliate of CHN Housing Partners, which is based in Cleveland, Ohio, and provides affordable housing products to borrowers in Northeast Ohio and Detroit, Michigan.

Perelka is an accomplished senior executive and board member with over 30 years of success across the CDFI, banking, and financial services industries. He has also held various leadership roles with Newrez LLC, Freedom Mortgage Corp., New York Community Bank, Ohio Savings Bank, and Citizens Financial.
