Stacey Gallagher leads the Shared Services Group (SSG) operations for the Banking Supervision, Credit Risk, and Statistics Department (SCS) at the Cleveland Fed. Her group is responsible for records and information management, business technology services, talent management, quality assurance, performance and compensation administration, conflict management, and budget and strategic planning and reporting for SCS.

Stacey began her career at the Cleveland Fed in banking supervision in 1999 and held various examination roles. In 2015 she began a rotation with the System Supervision Learning function, which included joining the St. Louis Fed in 2020 before returning to the Cleveland Fed in 2025. She holds a BBA in finance from Ohio University and is a graduate of the American Banking Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
