Tyler Burkle is a vice president in the Credit Risk Management Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He is responsible for credit administration, payment system risk, reserve maintenance, and risk management for depository institutions in the Fourth Federal Reserve District, which includes Ohio, western Pennsylvania, eastern Kentucky, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.

Mr. Burkle began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in 2004 and joined the Cleveland Reserve Bank in 2007. During his time in the Federal Reserve System, Mr. Burkle earned various leadership roles of increasing responsibility within Supervision and Regulation. Prior to his current role, Mr. Burkle served as an assistant vice president (AVP) responsible for supervisory oversight of multiple institutions in the 4th District’s Large Banking Organization (LBO) portfolio, while also representing the 4th District on various System supervision leadership groups. Mr. Burkle has also served as the Operations Officer for the Large and Foreign Bank Organization Management Group, and as the AVP/Central Point of Contact for one of the nation’s largest state member banks.

Mr. Burkle holds a BS in business administration with an emphasis in financial economics from Bowling Green State University.
